How It All Began

PrimeVOX Communications was started in August of 2015 by Luke Escude, a student from the University of Texas at Dallas.  It was in a closet at a

local Dallas car wash where he first set up shop with a few cheap development servers and uploaded what would evolve into today becoming recognized as the Most Reliable Business Phone Service in the World by New World Report Magazine ( August 2021 ).

Early on Luke formed some amazing friendships and partnerships with businesses that shared his vision of truly taking care of and serving customers.  Eventually, these relationships allowed him to acquire a trusted group of customers who seemed more like family.  Over the years, this has become embedded in our culture, and, even today when PrimeVOX brings on a new customer, we welcome them into the PrimeVOX family!

You expect businesses to hire individuals who can do a great job, and it's what every organization sets out to do.  But PrimeVOX has been built on the belief that an employee's skill set isn't their most important asset.  Most importantly is their ability to fit into the PrimeVOX company culture! Luke has always understood that a strong and positive culture within a business is paramount to its long-term viability, and it has become the single most important component of how we hire.  From software engineers to executive visionaries aiming to improve the way businesses and individuals securely communicate through the Internet, our team thrives daily in a culture-rich environment.
