PrimeVOX Communications is proud to announce AnswerCARE, our newest, most customizable product, designed to specifically focus on your customers who require after-hours emergency services, products or information, and serve as a low-cost replacement to outdated and ineffective live after-hours answering services.

How Does It Work?
You Can Have Backup!
Callers are automatically routed to AnswerCARE after your business is closed for the day. On AnswerCARE, any of your normal daily IVR menu options can be replicated, added to or rerecorded specifically for after-hours. AnswerCARE scrubs each caller, making sure only the most critical or in-need customers are escalated to a live on-call employee. The customer is notified the message that they are leaving will be redirected instantly to the on-call staff who will be on the line shortly or will be calling them back (this is all fully customizable to your needs.)
Companies can utilize both a Primary and Secondary on-call employee. Just as before, the customer is placed on hold while the Primary on-call employee is notified. If the Primary on-call employee does not pick up after a preset number of attempts then the Secondary on-call employee is notified a preset number of times. This meticulous and quick process ensures everything is being done to connect live with your customer.
